GREATER RED B ANK G ENERALS
2008-2009 HOCKEY SEASON
Introduction: |
| The Greater Red Bank Generals will be entering their ninth season as members of the New Jersey Youth Hockey League. The NJYHL is an association member of the Atlantic District of USA Hockey. The Generals offer youth hockey players between the ages of 7-18 the opportunity to compete at the tier II level. Only coaches who meet the criteria set forth by USA Hockey and the Red Bank Armory shall coach and train our teams. |
The Generals organization will be comprised of teams at the Mite, Squirt, Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels. The season will include tournaments, training camp and two practices a week . |

| It is our goal to provide the proper environment for our players and their families, friends and supporters to enjoy the sport of ice hockey. To provide an atmosphere that encourages our participants to learn and grow on and off the ice. We will work to instill pride, discipline and a strong work ethic, not only as individuals, but also as teammates and members of the Generals organization. While winning is always one of our goals, playing the sport within the rules, showing good sportsmanship, respecting our opponents, officials and others during play, is of paramount importance. |
