Goalie Training

Four week session - Sunday nights
Beginner through advanced levels

Next Session Dates TBP

Each session is designed to improve the goaltender’s skills and abilities through instruction and constant repetition of proper save selection and execution. Group and individualized training in skating, correct save selection, technique and execution is provided followed by on ice application through drills. A goalie must have many saves in his arsenal in which he can call upon to make a save. Equally important, he must be able to make a save selection and execute it in a split second. Once a goalie understands how to execute a save, he must practice each save until it becomes second nature. This training provides the repetition necessary for a goalie to work on his save selection, execution and save quality through repetition. Training will focus on the areas identified below.
