The Generals organization is a member of the Tier I Hockey Federation (THF), the Tier II The Atlantic Hockey Federation (AHF) and the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) . The THF is a USA Hockey Sanctioned Tier I Youth Hockey League that offers a highly competitive environment for Tier I and elite clubs nationwide, with an unbalanced schedule that ensures top-level play. The AHF is a USA Hockey Sanctioned Elite Tier II Youth Hockey League that facilitates games throughout the United States for its members and families. Founded in 2012, the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) is comprised of over 150 teams, fielding more than 20,000 players aged 8-21 in more than 100 organizations across the North, South, Midwest, West, and Canada.
The Generals offer youth hockey players between the ages of 6-18 the opportunity to compete at the Tier I and Tier II levels with teams at the Mite, Squirt, Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels. The season will include tournaments, training camp, and two practices a week. Only coaches who meet the criteria set forth by USA hockey and the Red Bank Armory shall coach and train our teams.
MISSION STATEMENT:
It is our goal to provide the proper environment for our players and their families, friends, and supporters to enjoy the sport of ice hockey. To provide an atmosphere that encourages our participants to learn and grow on and off the ice. We will work to instill pride, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Not only as individuals but as teammates and members of the Generals organization. While winning is always one of our goals, playing the sport within the rules, showing good sportsmanship, respecting our opponents, officials, and others during play is of paramount importance.
